Celebrate with the Community at the Annual Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo

Grab your 10-gallon cowboy hat and get ready to attend the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo. Entering its 118th year, this annual community gathering of rodeo enthusiasts and livestock vendors will be held from January 17 to February 8, 2014.

Several activities, events, exhibits, and educational programs are combined to create this huge single event. There are rodeos, livestock shows/exhibits, educational programs, and a carnival. The event is held at Will Rodger Memorial Center in Fort Worth, Texas.

Individuals interested in taking part in this event have several ticket options available to them. People can purchase a general admission ticket. The general admission ticket grants access to all educational programs, commercial vendors, carnival, and livestock events.

General ticket prices are as follows:

  • Adults – $10
  • Children 6-16 – $5
  • Children 5 and under – Free with adult admission

Those wishing to see the rodeo will have to purchase a different ticket. Rodeo tickets grant entry to the rodeo performance, as well as any events, programs, or exhibits included in the general ticket admission.

Rodeo ticket prices are as follows:

  • Matinee performances Monday through Friday – $19
  • Evening performances Friday, Saturday, Sunday – $25

Some rodeo events, including Best of the West Intentional Ranch Rodeo, Best of Mexico Celebracion, and Cowboys of Color Rodeo are considered special events and have different pricing.
