Get moving.

Just 30 minutes of physical activity every day helps you avoid a whole slew of health issues. You don’t have to be running marathons! Going for a brisk walk on your lunch break is a great way to start adding activity into your life.

Eat colorfully at home.

Colorful food is good for you! We’re not talking about cookies or cereal, though. Shop for produce that has a rich color, and it will be rich in nutrients! Then, take that produce home and cook yourself. When you cook at home, you have greater control over what you’re eating.

Be grateful.
