Big Daddy’s Carolina Style Barbecue Sauce
What you will need:
- 1 Cup of Prepared Yellow Mustard
- ½ Cup of Sugar
- ¼ Cup of Light Brown Sugar
- ¾ Cup of Cider Vinegar
- ¼ Cup of Water
- 2 Tablespoons of Chili Powder
- 1 Teaspoon of Black Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon of White Pepper
- ½ Teaspoon of Cayenne
- ½ Teaspoon of Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons of Butter
- 1 Tablespoon of Liquid Smoke/Hickory Flavoring
To prepare:
- Simply mix all ingredients, minus the smoke, butter, and soy and simmer for about thirty minutes. Then, stir in the remaining ingredients, simmer for 10 more minutes, serve and enjoy!

What you will need:
- 1 ½ Cups of Apple Cider Vinegar
- ½ Cup of Hot Water
- 2 Tablespoons of Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon of Paprika
- 1 Teaspoon of Black Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon of Salt
- 1 Teaspoon of Cayenne
To prepare:
- Start by combining the water and brown sugar until the mixture dissolves. Then, combine the water and brown sugar with the remaining ingredients.
- Slowly add the barbecue sauce to the pulled pork, mixing throughout, serve, and enjoy!
